Hank graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University with dual degrees in Management and Multi-National Business, and with Honors from the Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, he focused his studies on environmental law and business litigation.

Hank began his legal career working on environmental land use issues, helping to advise businesses on how to develop land while also respecting the sanctity of Florida’s natural resources. He then moved on to do business litigation at two different statewide law firms where he represented large corporations including General Motors, Allstate, and Wal-Mart in various legal matters.

Hank then shifted his focus to consumer justice, handling complex litigation matters, and, in recent years, specialized in helping businesses and individuals navigate their rights under the BP Settlement Program.

In addition to DidierGroup, Hank also oversees Ethos Projects and the Didier Law Firm.

During Hank’s twenty-year legal career, he has garnered many accolades including being consistently recognized in Florida’s Super Lawyers magazine, selected as a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, included in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012-2014, a recipient of the 2014 Top Litigator Award by the Trial Lawyers Board of Regents, named one of Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine, and one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
