John Trotter brings extensive operational expertise to DidierGroup through more than two decades of experience in management and client service.
John began his career in management with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he oversaw branch operations in Wales, UK. Returning to the U.S., he led a family manufacturing business where he developed, patented and distributed climate-controlled cabinets under the “Medi-Kool” brand name. John moved on to join Pierce Manufacturing as Director of Sales and Product Management. There, he oversaw all operations relating to sales and new product development, dealer development, training and more.
From 2011-2018, John served as Vice President of Service with Atlantic Emergency Solutions, where he oversaw operations of eight fire and emergency service centers throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. His primary goals were to ensure the financial success of each individual center while continually growing the customer network. Additionally, he focused on the implementation of time management procedures, increased productivity plans, and improving technician efficiencies.
At DidierGroup, John will help identify and guide new development and investment opportunities, work with real estate and environmental/land consultants, and direct all land projects from conception to completion.
He enjoys anything outdoors or on the water with his partner Rosie and young daughter Haley.
